Iā€™ve been beating around the bush lately sharing with people the fact that I write a weekly newsletter, and that I have ambitions to grow it.

Over the past week, Iā€™ve started to tell people with more confidence and about my goals to eventually expand it to other platforms. I thought people would laugh at me for these ambitions, but people have been really encouraging.

So just a reminder that sharing your wins and your ambitions with the right people can be a great growth step.

I spent years not talking about my work - sometimes because I was busy, but often because I thought my achievements weren't "newsworthy" enough.

I started a digital marketing agency at 23 and grew it to be a team of 6 by age 26.

And I felt like nobody knew what I was working on or knew about my business.

At the time I assumed it was because my business wasnā€™t successful enough, or that there were so many digital marketing agencies in existence that starting one wasnā€™t that impressive.

But really, it was because I didnā€™t share my story often enough.
